Kennedy Wilson Announces Dividend of $0.05 Per Common Share for Third Quarter 2012

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--International real estate investment and services firm Kennedy Wilson (NYSE: KW) today announced that the company will pay a dividend of $0.05 per share to common shareholders of record as of September 28, 2012 with a payment date of October 4, 2012. The quarterly payment equates to an annual dividend of $0.20 per common share.
