“GRIMM” gives a new twist to old Brothers Grimm tales when Nick Burkhardt (David Giuntoli), a homicide detective, learns he is the last descendant of a group of hunters known as “Grimms,” who fight supernatural creatures to keep the world safe for humans. Upon realizing his fate, he learns that it’s up to him to protect humankind from the sinister storybook characters that have infiltrated the real world.
Despite the difficulty of accepting his new life, Nick tries to hide his destiny from his fiancée, Juliette (Bitsie Tullock), and his partner, Detective Hank Griffin (Russell Hornsby), from his dangerous mission. The only support he has is from Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell), a reformed creature who lives an almost normal life thanks to his powerful self-control.
