Berkley Corporation, announced today that its Standard & Poor’s (S&P) financial strength rating was upgraded to A+ (Strong). S&P now views W. R. Berkley Insurance (Europe), Limited as a core subsidiary of the W. R. Berkley Group. The rating agency said the outlook is stable.
