SOUTH BEND, Ind.--()--Eastern Enterprises LLC (www.eastentllc.com), an Indiana Limited Liability Company, announces that it has signed a $15,000,000 Mortgage Processing Contract with United Capital Mortgage Group, a private equity fund in Chicago, Illinois. Eastern Enterprises LLC has been processing mortgage loan documents for several lenders including United Capital Mortgage Group, since March 2008.
Originally based in Wyoming, Eastern Enterprises LLC relocated to South Bend, Indiana in February 2012. Mr. Robert Sage, President and Owner of Eastern Enterprises LLC, stated, “This new contract with United Capital Mortgage Group will expand our business operations for another two years. We specialize in mortgage processing and assisting lenders such as United Capital Mortgage Group who do not operate an in-house servicing center.
