GEICO now hiring college grads for leadership program in Virginia Beach

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GEICO’s Virginia Beach office is now hiring college graduates for its Supervisor Leadership Program, a fast-track management training program that develops GEICO future business and team leaders.

The program is a well-rounded introduction to management for recent graduates and prepares them for long-term success at GEICO."

Along with leadership skills, GEICO’s Supervisor Leadership Program requires candidates to have a bachelor’s degree in business, or significant business coursework, and an overall GPA of 3.2 or higher. Candidates for this program should have also demonstrated leadership in their academics, on-campus activities, or through a supervisory role.

In addition to GEICO’s Supervisor Leadership Program, the Virginia Beach office is also looking for sales and service representatives who possess effective verbal and written communication skills, excellent computer and multi-tasking skills, and demonstrated job stability.
