Churchill Mortgage Corp. Expands in South Carolina, Opens New Branch in Greenwood

GREENWOOD, S.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Churchill Mortgage, a leader in the mortgage industry providing conventional, FHA, VA and USDA residential mortgages across 26 states, announced its entrance into the Greenwood, S.C. market through the opening of its newest branch location at 213 Hampton Avenue.

Local mortgage veteran, Lynn Kelley, will manage and grow the branch as its home loan specialist and branch manager, bringing more than 17 years of real estate and lending experience. Previously, she worked with Countrywide, Wells Fargo and Bank of America, where she was recognized seven consecutive years for being among the top five percent of originators. In addition, Carla Fryer joins the new branch as a loan processor, previously working with Kelley as a home mortgage assistant at Wells Fargo.

Churchill Mortgage also continues to expand its existing branches in South Carolina. The lender recently recruited Alexandria Wharton to serve as a home loan specialist for the Anderson, S.C. branch. Wharton brings more than 24 years of mortgage industry experience, including secondary marketing, processing and originating. She has served as a board member as well as president for the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women.
