Futura Mobility, LLC Launches Innovative In-Wall Wireless Access Point

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Futura Mobility, a leading enterprise and healthcare provider of end-to-end mobile technology solutions has announced the launch of MobileForce AP, an innovative in-wall mobile access solution that utilizes Power Over Ethernet (PoE) to bring wireless internet to hardwired enterprises and healthcare facilities. The easy-to-install, “pop and play” device creates a secure, high quality mobile access point without the costly installation of traditional enterprise wireless systems.

MobileForce AP installs in a matter of minutes in a standard wall jack and utilizes existing CAT5/6 wires to provide a secure wireless access point. The fully programmable product provides complete security features, including the ability to create up to 7 SSIDs and profiles to ensure privacy and data segregation. The device is fully programmable via the web interface and can be used to connect both wireless and wired network devices.

In addition, Futura will provide a low cost ceiling mounted access point as part of the MobileForce AP Product Suite for use in traditional enterprise environments including warehouses and retail space.

MobileForce APs are the latest product launch from Futura Mobility’s portfolio of innovative technology solutions.
