Bartech Recognized as MSP Top Performer by SIA

LIVONIA, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Bartech Group (Bartech), a leader in global workforce management solutions, announced today it has been named a top performer among MSP buyers by the Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) net promoter survey, for the third consecutive year, in their annual Customer Loyalty Survey.

Surveys were sent to more than 20,000 buyers and suppliers, with a participation rate of 241 buyers representing 167 distinct companies. The survey asks buyers of MSP services to reply based on their customer satisfaction level. Out of the 40+ MSPs considered, Bartech is the only company recognized all three years that SIA has been conducting this survey.

This is a prestigious award as recognition is limited to the top four MSP’s, based on the survey results. Only scores ranked 9 or 10 out of 10 are counted positively, and any scores below six are considered detractors. Results will be published publicly at the annual Contingent Workforce Strategies conference in San Diego in late September.
