Round Hill Music Acquires Arthouse Entertainment’s Publishing Catalog

Includes Hits from Bruno Mars, Cee Lo Green and Katy Perry

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Round Hill Music today announced that it has acquired Kara DioGuardi and Stephen Finfer’s interest in a 150 song catalog from Arthouse Entertainment, LLC, comprised of many recent popular hits from artists including Bruno Mars, Cee Lo Green, Katy Perry, Flo Rida, Iyaz, Carrie Underwood, and others. Songs include “Just The Way You Are”, “Grenade”, “Billionaire”, “Forget You” and “Replay”. Round Hill Music will own and administer global publishing rights to the music in the catalog. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Arthouse catalog represents the second major acquisition completed by Round Hill Music in 2012. In January, the firm acquired rights to a catalog of music containing six of the most popular songs written and recorded by the Beatles, including "She Loves You", "I Saw Her Standing There", "From Me to You", and "I Wanna Be Your Man".

Created by Kara DioGuardi, accomplished songwriter, record producer and TV personality, and entertainment industry powerhouse, Stephen Finfer, the Arthouse catalog’s strong stable of writers and producers consists of multiple chart-toppers and Grammy winners, from Ari Levine and Marti Frederiksen to Kasia “KC” Livingston, IYAZ, among other major talents.
