Canto to Showcase New Video Solution, DAM Integration with Popular Apps

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Canto, maker of Canto Cumulus digital asset management (DAM) software, today announced that it will showcase a new video solution and its recently launched Canto Integration Platform at next week’s Createasphere conference in New York city.

New Video Solution

By integrating the technology of partner MovingIMAGE24’s VideoManager 6, Canto Cumulus now allows management of all files and metadata in one system and worldwide distribution of video files on different channels, platforms and devices. Cumulus hands over video files in the background to VideoManager 6, MovingIMAGE24's cloud-based solution for managing, editing and publishing video files. VideoManager 6 then converts the video files into the required formats and provides links and metadata required for download and embedding.

Speakers on the conference agenda include Bjorn Pavé who will talk about implementing Cumulus at Benefit Cosmetics, Andrew Mannone of America’s Test Kitchen who will share his experiences developing a set of workflows that integrate Photoshop scripting and a Cumulus Enterprise DAM backend and Thomas Schleu, Canto’s chief technology officer who will participate in a panel discussion about the future of DAM.
