The PCAM designation is the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management. Earning the PCAM designation is recommended for experienced managers who want to demonstrate advanced skills and knowledge, and who wish to be recognized among the best and most experienced managers in the nation.
To earn the PCAM designation, a community manager must have at least five years direct community association management experience, successfully pass their CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) examination, pass six related courses through CAI and complete an extensive case study, among numerous other items.
Geiger is currently an on-site community manager for Morgandale Condominium Association, a 560-home, 100-acre community located in Lansdale, Pa. She has worked in the community management industry for more than 16 years.
Geiger began her career as a portfolio manager, a position she held for 11 years. She then transitioned to an on-site manger with Mid-Atlantic, where she has served for the last five years. She currently sits on the PA-LAC and Social Committee for CAI.
