Thomas K. Wright recently joined the company’s San Diego office and will manage a growing portfolio of commercial real estate including 1620 5th Avenue – a 9-story, 80,320-square-foot office building located in Downtown San Diego. Douglas P. Wilson, founder and chief executive officer of DWC, stated that adding Wright to the team is part of the company’s long-term strategy for growth.

Wright brings over 25 years of diverse real estate experience to DWC, including: real property due diligence, development, asset management, marketing, brokerage, and banking. Prior to working for DWC, Wright has served as an executive real estate consultant and asset manager, led his own investment and development consulting firm, and held executive leadership positions in the banking industry.
Over his distinguished career, Wright has provided workout, development, and transactional services for assets valued in excess of $2 billion nationwide. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in real estate finance from San Diego State University, and is a licensed real estate broker in California.
