GlassHouse Appoints SVP of Global Sales

Experienced Sales and Business Development Executive Joins IT Consulting and Managed Services Leader to Coordinate Global Growth

SOUTHBOROUGH, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GlassHouse Technologies, a global provider of vendor independent data center consulting and managed services, today announced the appointment of Dave Malcolmson as Senior Vice President of Global Sales. In this role, Malcolmson will be responsible for driving sales and business development for GlassHouse in the North American, European and Asia Pacific markets.

Before joining GlassHouse, Dave served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales for Ness Technologies, a global IT services provider, where he was responsible for sales teams in North America and Europe. Previously he was Senior Vice President with Fujitsu America Inc., for IT services. Prior to Fujitsu, he was Vice President and General Manager for Infrastructure Services at Keane Inc., and also held leadership roles at MCI Systemhouse Inc. and IBM Canada Ltd. Dave earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at the University of Calgary.

Malcolmson joins GlassHouse Technologies as the company is also expanding its offerings with new consulting and managed services, particularly in cloud computing and virtualization. The company recently launched its Accelerated Cloud Enablement (ACE) service and Stateless Reference Architecture to help enterprises achieve their business goals more effectively using cloud and virtualization technologies.
