MIDDLEBURY, Vt.--()--Vtrim, (vtrimonline.com), a completely online weight management program that replicates the expert-led obesity treatment found in clinical research trials, today announced the appointment of a senior level executive and a marketing manager.
“The addition of Rose and Laura to our management team will enable Vtrim to continue its growth nationally and work with leading corporations and hospitals to help their employees and patients lose weight”
Rose Eggert has been named Chief Operating Officer and Laura Geraty becomes Manager of Marketing and Program Content.
“The addition of Rose and Laura to our management team will enable Vtrim to continue its growth nationally and work with leading corporations and hospitals to help their employees and patients lose weight,” said Krista M.C. Conley, CEO of Vtrim.
“The United States is dealing with a major healthcare crisis as 198 million individuals are overweight,” Conley stressed. “Vtrim differs from other weight loss programs since we are totally online; our participants have frequent online consultation with their facilitators, registered dietitians, and interact with their groups. As a result, participants have a higher average weight loss than individuals on the more well-known weight loss programs.”
With more than 15 years of online digital leadership experience, Eggert brings broad expertise in digital operations, technical implementation and online engagement tools, as well as digital licensing and content syndication in the food, health and wellness industries. Previously, she was Executive Producer and Senior Digital Strategist for EatingWell Media Group.
Geraty received her masters in nutrition communication from Tufts’ Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy and became a registered dietitian after training at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. She is an avid runner, cook and overall wellness devotee.
