AUSTIN, Texas--()--WhiteGlove Health, Inc., (www.whiteglove.com) today announced the addition of Jeff Thoms as chief revenue officer. In this role, Thoms will be responsible for the company’s strategic revenue growth and execution of its sales strategy.
Prior to joining WhiteGlove, Thoms served as a regional sales manager for Paychex Insurance Agency. Thoms was integral in the architecture, development and growth of the Paychex Insurance Agency’s Group Benefits Division. Having started with just six sales agents in the first year, the division grew to 162 agents producing in excess of $52M annually in new business production.
Prior to that, Thoms served as a district sales manager in the Human Resources Division of Paychex. In this position, he managed and led sales teams responsible for the sale of retirement plan recordkeeping services, Section 125 FSA and POP Plans, Premier HR (ASO) and Paychex Business Solutions (PEO) services.
Under his direction, Thoms’ teams achieved consistent and repeated success, earning Thoms the Regional District Sales Manager of the year distinction for many consecutive years. Thoms was also repeatedly nominated to serve on the prestigious Advisory Council to the vice president of sales for the Human Resource Services Division. This role allowed Thoms to take part in shaping the future, direction, and development of the products under the HRS Division, as well as the structure of the division's sales force. Prior to joining Paychex, Thoms served his country, on active duty as a United States Marine.
