MEDFORD, Mass.--()--Network Health, a Massachusetts health plan that provides access to high-quality health care for nearly 215,000 Massachusetts residents with low and moderate incomes, announced today that the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) ranked Network Health the third highest Medicaid health plan nationally, according to its prominent Medicaid Health Insurance Plan Rankings 2012 – 2013.

Since 2010, Network Health has been a top-ten NCQA Ranked Health plan. This year, through continuous quality and service improvement, Network Health received the highest possible rating in the customer satisfaction, prevention, and treatment domains, as well as successfully climbed up four positions to become the third highest ranked health plan in the country.
This year, Network Health is also the first health plan in New England and amongst 10 health plans nationally to earn the NCQA Multicultural Health Care Distinction.
