Parenting New Hampshire Magazine Names Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in New Hampshire as Family Favorite Award Recipient

MANCHESTER, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--For the second consecutive year, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in New Hampshire has been selected by the readers of Parenting New Hampshire as a “Family Favorite” award recipient in the health insurance category.

The Family Favorite awards are a new award program that recognizes family-friendly businesses, services and places in over 60 categories – as chosen by the readers of Parenting New Hampshire Magazine.

“The Family Favorites’ award program recognizes those places, people and things that make New Hampshire a great place to raise a family,” said Melanie Hitchcock, editor of Parenting New Hampshire. “New Hampshire has many great, year-round places where you can have fun with your family, and so we asked our readers to share their favorites.”

The Family Favorite Awards voting took place online from June 1 through July 31, 2012 and the magazine received almost 1,500 votes over the two month survey. The results of the reader’s poll are in the October 2012 issue of Parenting New Hampshire.
