Roetzel Partner David H. Gunning II Named to Cleveland State University Board of Trustees

CLEVELAND--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Roetzel is proud to announce that David H. Gunning II has been appointed by Ohio Governor John R. Kasich to the Cleveland State University Board of Trustees. Mr. Gunning’s term began on September 13, 2012.

The Cleveland State University Board of Trustees consists of nine trustees who, in collaboration with the University President, are charged with fulfilling the goals set forth in the University Mission Statement. The Board has the authority to act as the governing body in all policy matters of the University requiring attention or action.

Mr. Gunning, a Partner in the firm’s Real Estate practice group, focuses his practice on real estate and construction law and financial services. He has been named to The Best Lawyers in America® for Construction Law and Real Estate Law (2008–2013).

Mr. Gunning received his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Lake Forest College.
