Michael Topper is co-head of Cornerstone Research’s antitrust and competition practice and heads the Menlo Park office. For the last eighteen years, he has worked with clients and experts in complex business litigation and regulatory proceedings. Dr. Topper has led case teams on a range of liability, damages, and class certification issues in antitrust, regulatory, product misrepresentation, product liability, intellectual property, and contract dispute matters. He has served as an expert and submitted testimony in FCC proceedings involving mergers and acquisitions, mobile wireless competition, high-capacity transport services, and broadband Internet access.
Sally Woodhouse consults on cases involving antitrust, intellectual property, class certification, and marketing issues with a primary focus on the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries and a secondary focus on financial institutions. She has eleven years of experience in economic consulting and has worked closely with academic experts and attorneys, assisting in the preparation of expert reports and testimony. Dr. Woodhouse is based in the firm’s Boston office.
