Verdasys Names Citrix Vice President Michael Cristinziano to Board of Directors

Cristinziano is Corporate VP, Strategic Development at Citrix, where he is responsible for several corporate finance functions, including technology licensing, venture capital investments, M&A strategy and execution, and investor relations.

Cristinziano is a member of Citrix CTO office, and also serves as an independent director of Sourcefire Inc. and Untangle Inc., Inc. Prior to joining Citrix in 2003, Cristinziano was Managing Director at New York-based Harris Nesbitt, the U.S. investment banking arm of BMO Financial Group, where he covered the networking and software industries. During his tenure as an equity research analyst, Cristinziano's work was recognized by The Wall Street Journal, Reuters and StarMine.
