Local university, residents, city officials and business leaders join in the excitement to get company’s newest facility’s operations underway

WHAT:	Mortgage Contracting Services LLC (MCS), a nationwide provider of property preservation, inspections and REO property maintenance to the financial services industry, is hosting a ribbon cutting event at its new Ruston, La., location to mark its official opening.
	Representatives from the city of Ruston, Louisiana Tech University, other area universities and local business leaders will join MCS to celebrate the commencement of business operations at this facility and to welcome new company employees.
WHY:	MCS, with the support of local government, city and university officials, announced the more than 10,000-square-foot space at a live press conference in July.
	A primary goal for opening this new office, which is the third for MCS, is to help create relevant, stable jobs in rural America. The company has already filled several full- and part-time positions for residents as well as university students, and anticipates growing its Ruston workforce in the coming years.
	The ribbon cutting will signify the start of these efforts, which MCS intends to be a lasting relationship with area residents and the university.
