CRi Hires Seasoned Management to Lead Sales, Enhance Customer Engagements

Addition of two new hires adds more than 35 years of experience to company

OMAHA, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CRi, a technology services provider that delivers IT solutions and talent, announces the hiring of Steve Beumler, VP of Solutions, and Scott McGill, Sales Manager, to help lead the growing company. CRi achieved a 69 percent revenue increase in 2011, and expects to grow another 54 percent by the end of 2012.

Beumler takes on this newly created position to lead CRi’s expanding IT Solutions practice. To manage the increasing client demand for solutions-oriented services, Beumler is charged with the strategic management of client deliverables and relationships. He is responsible for driving sales for the IT Solutions division and building solutions that improve the customer experience.

A second hire, Scott McGill was brought on board as Sales Manager for CRi’s IT Talent practice. McGill will provide the leadership, structure and growth to the sales department that will build CRi’s IT Talent business. He specializes in product development processes, sales strategy and customer relations.

Beumler and McGill are part of the strategic team that Thaden has been creating, which includes recently hired industry veteran Steve Wilbur. As the company’s Chief Operating Officer, Wilbur is playing an integral part in growing both the IT Solutions and IT Talent practices. Both Beumler and McGill will be working closely with him.
