Imran Poladi Appointed Director of Franchise Development for Harcourts USA

ALISO VIEJO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Imran Poladi has been appointed director of Franchise Development for Harcourts USA. Harcourts is a 125-year-old international Real Estate company with 800 offices in 10 countries and recognized as one of the fastest growing Real Estate brands in the world. Poladi will be responsible for recruiting new firms to the Harcourts fold throughout the United States, with his initial focus on California.

Before joining Harcourts, he was the team leader and CEO for Keller Williams Realty in Fremont, Calif., where he increased the size of the office by 30 percent and added a commercial division, residential and commercial loan divisions, property management group and insurance division. Earlier, he was the team leader for Keller Williams in Stockton, Calif., where he more than doubled the size of the office in one year.

An accomplished Realtor® and broker, Poladi has been responsible for the sale of 700 homes in his ten-year Real Estate career, which be began in Stockton at Riggs & Associates Inc.

His service to the Real Estate community has kept pace with his rise in the industry. Poladi is currently a member of the Standard Forms Advisory Committee for the California Association of Realtors (CAR) and 2013 vice chairman for CAR’s Young Professionals Network. Last year he was president of the 1,800-member Central Valley Association of Realtors (CVAR). In 2010, Imran was chairman of the Stockton Council (a division of the CVAR) and was also honored as Realtor of the Year for the council.
