Roetzel Expands Business Services Practice Group with New Hires

AKRON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Roetzel is pleased to announce the addition of two attorneys to its Akron, Ohio, office. Partner Christopher P. Reuscher and Associate Sarah Baker join the staff as a part of the continued strategic growth of Roetzel’s Business Services Practice Group.

Mr. Reuscher has significant transactional experience with complex business mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, debt and equity financing, leveraged buy-outs and recapitalizations. He has represented both public and privately held companies at various stages of growth and has provided clients with day-to-day counseling on sophisticated business matters and securities law compliance. He has also worked extensively with private equity, subordinated debt and venture funds as well as the portfolio companies of such funds. Mr. Reuscher earned his B.A. at Malone University and his J.D. from The University of Akron, School of Law.

Ms. Baker’s practice focuses on corporate and business law, including mergers, acquisitions and secured transactions. She has also represented clients in trials and appeals involving shareholder and partnership disputes, business litigation and construction matters. Ms. Baker received her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and her B.A. from The Pennsylvania State University.
