SAN FRANCISCO--()--For the first time since it launched the Callan Connects program in May 2010, Callan Associates will meet with emerging and minority, women and disabled-owned (MWDO) investment managers in Boston on November 27, 2012.
“The Callan Connects program remains popular with managers and gives us another opportunity to enhance our knowledge for the benefit of all of our clients”
The one day meeting will be held in the Wilde Room at:
The Back Bay Hotel
350 Stuart Street
Boston, MA 02116
Emerging managers with either public or private market products that have total assets under management (AUM) between $10 million and $3 billion and MWDO firms with AUM between $10 million and $10 billion that are interested in attending the November meeting, can register via Callan’s website at callan.com beginning September 27, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time. Space is limited and appointments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Although Callan has an open door policy and its consultants meet with a spectrum of investment managers each year, the Callan Connects program enables the firm to demonstrate its commitment to inclusivity and diversity and strengthen its knowledge of the continually changing manager universe.
“The Callan Connects program remains popular with managers and gives us another opportunity to enhance our knowledge for the benefit of all of our clients,” said Callan’s Global Manager Research Vice President, Lauren Etcheverry. “Hosting this meeting for emerging and MWDO managers in a region where we do not have an office should make it easier for them to meet Callan consultants without having to travel a great distance.”
