• The Legacy at Falcon Point – Katy, Texas
  Serving a high-growth Houston submarket, this two-story, 104 bed community will be located at the intersection of Roesner Rd and Katy Gap to be less than one mile from Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital, Katy Mills Mall, and the forthcoming St. Luke’s Hospital. Construction to begin as early as December 2012.

• The Legacy at Forest Ridge – Schertz, Texas
  Located in a rapidly growing suburb of San Antonio, the community will front Schertz Parkway, near I-35 and will be strategically located to service the Schertz and Garden Ridge communities as well as seniors in the areas surrounding Randolph Air Force Base. The projects are designed with an innovative Main Street & Neighborhood concept where each wing of the facility will serve as a separate neighborhood for the residents that will include amenities like a restaurant, movie theater, store, spa, gym, and sports bar. The design philosophy is to give residents more freedom and choice by allowing them to gravitate toward areas of most interest.
