AUSTIN, Texas--()--The start of conference play brought great excitement to a week in college football chock full of intriguing matchups. Out west, the Oregon Ducks trounced the Arizona Wildcats and the LSU Tigers pulled out a tough win against SEC counterpart Auburn. The #1 Alabama Crimson Tide took care of business, downing Florida Atlantic and retaining their spot atop the college football landscape. In Big 12 action, the #15 Kansas State Wildcats, led by Heisman hopeful Colin Klein, shocked the #6 Oklahoma Sooners in Norman. With the win, Kansas State improves to 4-0 and climbs into the Top 10. This week, #22 Nebraska will square off against the unranked Wisconsin Badgers in Lincoln.
