Barbara D. Stinnett, CEO and Managing Partner of the Timmaron Group, Appointed to ApeniMED Board of Directors

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ApeniMED, a leader in healthcare interoperability and Nationwide Health Information Network (NwHIN) connectivity, today announced the appointment of Barbara Stinnett to its Board of Directors. Stinnett will provide her expertise to help grow the financial and clinical product sales at ApeniMED as well as advise on fundraising, strategic acquisitions, and investor relations. Stinnett joins Duane Kullberg, Chuck Neerland, Dan Bryant and CEO John Fraser on the Board.

Stinnett brings over 30 years of successful experience leading, creating, and developing profitable businesses. In addition to her role on the ApeniMED Board of Directors, Stinnett is currently the CEO and Managing Partner of the Timmaron Group, an organization serving CEOs, boards, and investors. Previously, she held leadership positions at Cisco Systems, SumTotal, I2 Technologies, Inc., and Hewlett Packard Company. She also serves on the boards of Altus365, Aidmatrix, and the Norris Institute, part of the University of St. Thomas, and is a mentor with the Minnesota Emerging Software Association.

Stinnett holds degrees in Computer Science and International Business from the University of Wisconsin.
