Pall Corporation Announces Dividend Increase

PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The board of directors of Pall Corporation (NYSE:PLL) today declared a 19-percent increase in the company's quarterly dividend from the current rate of $0.21 to $0.25 per share.

The dividend of $0.25 is payable November 2, 2012 to shareholders of record on October 12, 2012. This is the ninth time the company has increased its cash dividend since 2004.
