STAMFORD, Conn.--()--Peppers & Rogers Group, the global management consultancy, recently expanded its North American operations to meet the growing demand among Global 1000 companies who are shifting to a customer-centric business strategy. To help Global 1000 clients respond to these new market realities, Susan Piotroski joins as managing director, North America, and Roger Estafanos joins as director, Life Sciences.
“The changing market dynamics have made customer-centricity even more relevant than when we first introduced the approach of 1to1 marketing almost twenty years ago”
According to a Forrester survey, 89 percent of marketers said customer engagement is the primary factor in their growth strategies.1 As products and services are rapidly commoditizing, new technologies alter the way people communicate, resulting in rising customer expectations.
“The past few years have been challenging for businesses all over the world,” said Founding Partner Don Peppers. “Product and service differentiation has become increasingly difficult for many companies and social media has switched the balance of power from brands to consumers. Smart companies have realized that the only way to compete and win in today’s market is through customer engagement – building trusted, personalized relationships with customers.”
Piotroski brings a wealth of management consulting expertise to her new role as managing director. She started her career at Mercer Management Consulting, the predecessor firm to what is now Oliver Wyman. Most recently she led the Marketing & Customer Strategy practice at Accenture. Piotroski earned her doctorate in analytics and has been a marketing strategy and analysis practice leader for more than 20 years, designing and implementing high-impact strategies for leading U.S. and global companies.
Estafanos joins Peppers & Rogers Group as director of the Life Sciences Practice. He is recognized as a subject matter expert in the areas of sales and marketing transformation, managed markets, pricing and reimbursement, and go-to-market strategies. Before joining Peppers & Rogers Group, he led the Managed Markets area at IBM Global Business Services, where he provided top pharma companies with consulting advisory on managed market strategy, pricing and reimbursement strategy, payer and brand strategy, along with M&A integration.
“The changing market dynamics have made customer-centricity even more relevant than when we first introduced the approach of 1to1 marketing almost twenty years ago,” said Founding Partner Martha Rogers. “We have seen an increased demand for our services and we are meeting this need with senior leaders who have deep functional and vertical expertise. We are excited to have both Susan and Roger onboard because of their unique combination of industry expertise, analytical rigor and creative problem solving skills.”
