ZW3D Webinars Enlightened Users

GUANGZHOU, China--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ZW3D technical support engineers from ZWSOFT, a leading supplier of CAD/CAM solutions to the AEC and MCAD industry, today finished reviewing the series of ZW3D webinars held during the past three months. They found that the ZW3D webinars have been well-received and are an effective channel for users to get tips and tricks for their CAD/CAM work.

“We are extremely happy to see that the number of users is increasing for every webinar,” said Colin Lin, Manager of the ZW3D Technical Department. “The increasing popularity of these webinars, we think, lies in the efficiency of webinars as a communication tool. Most importantly, the topics chosen are helpful because they focus on user’s daily work.”

The topics of the ZW3D webinars have been purposely designed by the ZW3D engineers to cover a range of subjects that users would find most helpful. These include, user interface customization, a fast way to machine with ZW3D Quick Mill, and CAM templates for slashing programming time. During the one-hour webinar, the audience gets not only hot tips from the presenter, but they can also raise questions concerning their personal situations. Because of the interactive format, attendees will always get an immediate answer, either from the presenter or other audience members.

The latest webinar, Easily Convert 2D Data to 3D Model with ZW3D, was the most popular one yet. Armel Semahuna, an audience member from Sweden, said: “It was a very good presentation. Actually I’m a student using Catia V5 and Solidedge. But as shown in the webinar, ZW3D is very nice and easy to use, so I think I can use it in order to save time on some of my projects.”

In order to maximize the benefits users can get from the webinar, the technical team just conducted a survey among 300 audience members. For the effectiveness of the content, 91% thought the content was helpful, and almost 100% thought the lecturer was professional. Finally, 90% of all the audience members said they will be attending more ZW3D webinars.
