Catherine Caudell Joins Oceus Networks as Vice President of Human Resources

RESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oceus Networks, a leading provider of broadband solutions to the U.S Department of Defense, intelligence community and federal government agencies, today announced the addition of Catherine Caudell as its new vice president of human resources.

In this role, Caudell leads the company's human resources (HR) function. As the strategic HR partner to Oceus Networks, Caudell is responsible for change leadership, integration and inclusion, leadership coaching and development, organization optimization, talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, benefits, and compensation.

Caudell brings to her role more than 30 years as a human resources executive. Most recently, she was the chief administrative officer and vice president, human resources for SI Global. Caudell has also held executive leadership roles with Tel-Star Communications and The Deming Institute. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Barry University, Miami, and a Masters of Arts degree from The University of Michigan. Caudell is a master black belt, quality leader in Lean/Six Sigma and later this year Caudell will complete a Ph. D. in human resource management and performance from The University of Michigan.
