New Mountain Finance Corporation Announces Completion of Secondary Offering of 4 Million Shares on Behalf of Selling Stockholder

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--New Mountain Finance Corporation (the “Company”) (NYSE: NMFC) announced today that it has completed an underwritten secondary offering of 4,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $15.00 per share on behalf of a selling stockholder, New Mountain Finance AIV Holdings Corporation (“AIV Holdings”). In connection with the offering, AIV Holdings has granted the underwriters for the offering an option to purchase up to an additional 600,000 shares of common stock. No shares were sold by the Company, and it did not receive any proceeds from this offering.

The joint-lead book-running managers for the offering were Goldman, Sachs & Co., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC.
