HOUSTON--()--Frontier Utilities is offering Pink Power, a new electricity plan that helps Texans support breast cancer research while enjoying a special low fixed rate electricity offer. This new plan helps customers support the cure every day.
“We are excited about the opportunity to partner with Frontier Utilities and the impact we can make together on breast cancer in the Houston area”
Effective immediately, when a customer switches to Frontier Utilities and signs up for a low electricity rate on one of the Pink Power electricity plans, a monthly donation will be sent to the Houston affiliate of Susan G. Komen. The monthly donation is based on customer usage as long as they use Pink Power–with a guaranteed annual donation of at least $50, and it could be much more. The funds donated will be used to support breast cancer research.
“We are excited about partnering with the Houston affiliate of Susan G. Komen and offering electricity customers the ability to lower the price they pay for electricity while also supporting the race for the cure,” said Jay Hellums, President and CEO of Frontier Utilities.
“We are excited about the opportunity to partner with Frontier Utilities and the impact we can make together on breast cancer in the Houston area,” noted Dr. Adriana M. Higgins, Executive Director for Komen Houston.
