TEKsystems Acquires Frontline Consulting Services Inc.

HANOVER, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today TEKsystems®, a leading provider of IT staffing solutions, IT talent management expertise and IT services, reached an agreement to acquire Frontline Consulting Services (FCS) Inc., a global integration services firm with core capabilities in Oracle BI/EPM, Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion Middleware and Software AG/WebMethods technologies. FCS will join TEKsystems’ Global Services ^TM division, which delivers managed, project-based and outsourced IT services. The financial terms of the deal are not disclosed.

Since its founding in 1996, FCS has grown into the largest Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) integration partner in the United States. FCS’ US headquarters is in Charlotte, North Carolina, with a Development Center in Hyderabad, India and operations in the U.K, Netherlands and South Africa. TEKsystems operates in more than 100 locations in North America, Europe and Asia. This pairing creates significant benefits by combining the FCS service platform, mature off-shore capabilities and experienced delivery personnel with TEKsystems Global Services’ access to customers and ability to scale the business.
