McCarter & English Expands its Executive Compensation Practice in New York with the Addition of Joseph E. Bachelder III and Jerome J. Cohen

The two attorneys have worked together for many years at the Bachelder Law Firm, representing Fortune 500 CEOs and other senior managers on complex compensation and tax issues.

Bachelder writes the "Executive Compensation" column for the New York Law Journal and is a frequent speaker at the American Law Institute/ABA, the Practising Law Institute and The Conference Board. He has lectured at Harvard Law School, Harvard Business School, Columbia, Stanford, Northwestern and the Universities of Wisconsin and Delaware, is a member of the Advisory Board of the Program on Corporate Governance at Harvard Law School, and is a Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel.

Cohen was of-counsel at the Bachelder Law Firm and counsels publicly and privately held companies on tax and other legal aspects of their compensation programs for their directors, senior executives and other management personnel.
