C Spire Wireless Kicks Off PERCS with a PURPOSE: Using Its Rewards Program to Benefit Breast Cancer Research and Awareness

PERCS Members Are Being Asked to Share One Million PERCS Reward Points to Help Raise $20,000 for The American Cancer Society

RIDGELAND, Miss.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--C Spire Wireless, the only U.S. wireless provider that offers personalized wireless services, today launched PERCS with a PURPOSE, turning its popular PERCS customer engagement and rewards program into a powerful giving machine to benefit the American Cancer Society’s (ACS) Making Strides Against Breast Cancer initiative.

PERCS with a PURPOSE allows members to share PERC reward points to raise funds for breast cancer research, as well as a promise from C Spire Wireless to give $1 for every 100 PERC reward points shared by customers up to $10,000. The company also has pledged a separate matching gift of $10,000.

The goal for the PERCS with a PURPOSE program is to encourage PERCS members to share one million PERCS reward points to help raise $20,000 to benefit the ACS. The program begins today and will run through October 31, 2012 and allows PERCS members to share their points by visiting cspire.com/purpose. Non PERCS members also can participate by donating $5 to the ACS through a text to donate option (text HOPE to 20222) the company has established for this purpose.
