B. Riley & Co. Acted as Sole Book-Runner in $10 Million Underwritten Public Offering for EMCORE Corporation

The follow-on offering consisted of 1,832,410 shares of common stock priced at $5.46 per share, and included an overallotment of 239,010 shares, which the underwriter exercised in full. The offering closed on October 3, 2012.
