FleetMatics IPO is first NYSE listing by an Irish technology company

DUBLIN--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Maples and Calder (“Maples”) has advised on the initial public offering (“IPO”) of FleetMatics Group PLC, on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”). This represents the first IPO of an Irish technology company in the US for over ten years.
