DUBLIN--()--Maples and Calder (“Maples”) has advised on the initial public offering (“IPO”) of FleetMatics Group PLC, on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”). This represents the first IPO of an Irish technology company in the US for over ten years.
FleetMatics is a fleet management solutions software-as-a-service provider. The Irish office of international law firm Maples and Calder is a long-standing advisor to FleetMatics.
