Fireman’s Fund Appoints Travis Bethune to Vice President of Distribution Management and Services Leader

NOVATO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company announces the appointment of Travis Bethune to the position of vice president, distribution management and services leader.

In his new role, Bethune will provide strategic and operational direction for the distribution and agency management team. The team is responsible for enhancing agent and broker relationships by driving accountability and alignment, and providing a consistent customer experience. Bethune is based in Fireman’s Fund’s Corporate Office in Novato, CA.

Bethune brings a wealth of broad marketplace experience due to his past underwriting and distribution management positions. He came to Fireman’s Fund as a national broker relationship leader where he influenced the alignment of production and service for global and national brokers. Prior to that he held leadership roles in underwriting, sales, marketing, and distribution at Chubb and in operations and customer service at Travelers.

Bethune holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics with a minor in African Studies from St. Lawrence University. He also completed the executive education program at Wharton/INSEAD.
