RSA Continues to Grow with New Managing Director for RSA Switzerland and Two New Interim Management Specialists

HATFIELD, England--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RSA, the leading global Life Sciences Executive Search and Interim Management specialist, is pleased to announce that Dr François Martin has been appointed Managing Director of RSA Switzerland. François recently served as Senior Partner for the Life Sciences and Technology practice for the International Executive Search Federation (IESF).

François brings over 20 years of experience to RSA, having managed large global organisations and projects. Prior to joining IESF he held executive positions at Roche in Switzerland and Japan. He holds a PhD in IT and an engineering degree as well as a license degree in Economics.

RSA Switzerland also welcomes Dr. Naja Kjeldsen who joins as a Senior Consultant, RSA Interims. A proactive, high achiever in the Life Sciences sector, she has over 20 years of experience where she has worked for leading pharmaceutical organisations.

Naja set up Stratos Bio in 2002, a business she developed over several years. Previously she worked as a Project Management Director in Interim Management for Lundbeck, where she was responsible for portfolio management.

Jana Kurtova joins RSA’s UK team as a Senior Consultant, RSA Interims. A creative thinker with a global perspective, Jana’s background includes business development, strategy development and implementation, team leadership and project management.

Previously Jana was Head of PULSE Life Sciences where she led two teams and built a new team in London. Prior to this Jana was the Regional Director of Hays Life Sciences where she launched new divisions in Moscow, Shanghai, Beijing, Singapore and Mumbai.
