Bryan has over 25 years of experience in the field of civil litigation. He has represented a diverse array of clients before the state and federal courts and state administrative tribunals. Bryan’s practice includes the areas of commercial (business) litigation, appellate litigation, state constitutional law, municipal law, and environmental law. He also represents clients before the New Hampshire legislature with respect to legislation affecting their interests. He has served as special counsel both to New Hampshire Governor Craig Benson and to the New Hampshire Executive Council.
Bryan is a member of the New Hampshire and Nevada bars, and he is admitted to practice before the United States Courts of Appeals for the First and Ninth Circuits and the United States District Courts for the Districts of New Hampshire, Vermont, and Nevada. Bryan earned a B.S. (cum laude) from Utah State University and a J.D. from the University of Utah College of Law.
Phil has been a member of the New Hampshire bar for 20 years. He advocates for clients in New Hampshire state and federal courts, state administrative agencies and tribunals, local land use boards, and the state legislature. Built on a broad base of experience in civil litigation and business, Phil’s practice is now focused on commercial (business) litigation, administrative litigation, and personal injury. Other areas of practice include municipal tax and land use law, environmental law, government procurement, employment law, and mediation.
Phil is a member of the New Hampshire bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire. Phil earned a B.A. (summa cum laude) from Boston University and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
