NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Consumers with access to the ActiveHealth Management (ActiveHealth^®) personal health website MyActiveHealth^SM can now access their health information through the iTriage® mobile and Web app. More than 4 million people have Personal Health Records (PHRs) on MyActiveHealth, and more than 7.5 million people have downloaded iTriage.

iTriage is an app that helps consumers research what might be wrong when they experience medical symptoms and where they should go for help. With expanded mobile access to the MyActiveHealth PHR on iTriage, current users can now take their personal health information with them to the point of care via their smart phone.
