BURLINGTON, Mass.--()--Collaborative Consulting announced today it has hired Donald Cowles as its new Vice President of Sales and Andrea Craig as a Director of Business Development, both for the Tri-State area.
“Don Cowles and Andrea Craig will bring invaluable experience and vision to two expanding areas of our work, life sciences and financial services.”
Cowles, a resident of Philadelphia, and a specialist in life sciences and software engineering, has been with the North Highland Company for the past eight years. Craig comes to the company with over 10 years of experience in selling technology and operations solutions to the financial services industry.
“As our company continues to grow, we seek individuals who are not only talented in their fields, but are dedicated to the standards of excellence that we strive for at Collaborative,” said Bill Robichaud, CEO of Collaborative Consulting. “Don Cowles and Andrea Craig will bring invaluable experience and vision to two expanding areas of our work, life sciences and financial services.”
Prior to joining Collaborative Consulting, Cowles was a Principal for the Philadelphia office of the North Highland Company, an international consulting firm with offices in 17 countries. Cowles also served previously as president and co-founder of Corbus, a compliance software and consulting firm, and led the firm for 10 years.

Craig has previously worked for SysCore Solutions International, Pretzel Logic, and most recently, iSoftStone.
“I am thrilled to be bringing my years of experience in the financial services industry to Collaborative Consulting – a company with a proven record of excellence for its customers and a great vision for the future of the industry,” said Craig.
Collaborative is completing its first year of launching its Domestic Solutions Center in Wausau, Wisconsin and will soon announce a major milestone at the innovative site. The early success of the Wausau office indicates Collaborative is on track to achieve its originally announced goal of creating 200 jobs providing competitively priced services for software development, integration, testing and support.
