As a certified mediator, Sinensky is part of a growing community of professionals throughout the State of Florida who promote the process of mediation as an effective and efficient tool for the resolution of disputes. He is available to litigants and their counsel for court ordered and private mediations of civil, appellate and family disputes, either to serve as the mediator or as a consultant to assist in the preparation for mediation.
