Western Gas Partners, LP Increases Distribution and Schedules Earnings Conference Call

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Western Gas Partners, LP (NYSE: WES) announced today that the board of directors of its general partner has declared a cash distribution of $0.50 per unit for the third quarter of 2012, representing a 4-percent increase over the prior quarter and a 19-percent increase over the third quarter of 2011. The distribution is payable on November 13, 2012, to unitholders of record at the close of business on October 31, 2012.

The Partnership plans to report its third-quarter 2012 results after the market closes on Wednesday, October 31, 2012. Management will host a conference call on Thursday, November 1, 2012, at 11 a.m. CDT (12 p.m. EDT) to discuss quarterly results.
