To qualify for this award, CFS employees were asked to take an independent survey and rate the company on issues related to work environment, personal growth, professional development, people and embracing change/new ideas. Responses were tabulated, ranked and compared to other companies of similar size. CFS was recognized at a jam packed Best Places to Work event at xFinity Live on Wednesday, October 10.
