The firm has signed a seven-year lease for the entire twenty-second floor or 11,640 square feet, of Chicago’s Merchandise Mart, with an option on an additional floor of space for future expansion. The deal was brokered by Cresa Partners, Chicago. dunnhumbyUSA’s focus in Chicago is on consumer packaged goods and retail companies headquartered in and around Chicago, including clients like PepsiCo, ConAgra, Kraft Foods, Quaker and Hillshire Brands.
