The new TechBEST Awards are being introduced by TSIA to recognize service technology providers in two categories—the Best in Satisfaction category for companies that received the highest satisfaction scores by their customers, and the Best in Show category selected by conference attendees to recognize the organization that created the best experience in the TSW | EXPO.
TechBEST finalists for the Best in Satisfaction category were selected by TSIA members who participated in the 2012 TSIA annual global survey on technology adoption and planned spending. As a TechBEST finalist, Bomgar will be featured in TSIA Research, and conference attendees can learn more about the company’s offerings during the TechBEST Showcase that will be conducted at the conference on October 15. The winner will be announced on Wednesday, October 17.
