BEIJING--()--Co-organized by the ChinaJoy and Shanghai Media Industry Association (SMIA), the 3rd China Game Outsourcing Conference (CGOC 2012) was an important global activity targeting the game outsourcing industry. The Conference was crowned with success at the conference center of Shanghai Yongda International Mansion on July 24th, 2012.
As the largest game outsourcing event independently held in China, CGOC attracted outsourcing enterprises both at home and abroad in pursuit of win-win cooperation, making it the best platform for outsourcing enterprises seeking business opportunities and global partners.
According to ChinaJoy 2012 Post-event Report and CGOC 2012 Post-event Report recently issued by ChinaJoy, with the increasingly improved competence of the R&D enterprises and workforce in China’s game industry, CGOC attracted not only well-known domestic outsourcing enterprises including Shanda, Giant, Netease and Sohu, but also famous international companies such as SONY, EA, Activision, Ubisoft and 2K.
The R&D capability of China’s game industry has been greatly enhanced and is narrowing its gap with the international level. In this context, CGOC reflected the significant progress that has been made in China. As the international companies begin to attach tremendous importance to the cooperation with Chinese companies in terms of technology outsourcing, China is expected to grow into one of the world’s game outsourcing centers.
